Massage Aftercare

Now you've relaxed, time to  prolong it as much as possible!

What To Do:

Hydrate!

Massage relaxes your muscles, releasing built-up toxins. These should be flushed out so drink plenty.

Make it YOUR Day

Carve out plenty of time for you, however you best relax before / after your massage to really extend the relaxation.

Soak it Up

A soothing bath after will really extend that "mmm" feeling.

Paired with some relaxing bath salts to really keep those muscles loose and calm will extend the calming feeling.

What NOT To Do:

Drinking, Smoking ect

We've just released all your built-up toxins, let's not add any more for the time being.

Wait a good 12 - 24hrs before indulging in some alcohol, smoking or any other substances.

.

What To Expect

It's perfectly normal to experience muscle tenderness, fatigue, changes in sleeping pattern, headaches or cold-like symptoms for a couple days after your massage.
