Waxing Aftercare

All the steps to keep your waxed areas healthy, soft and ready for the next session!

What To Do:

Keep Areas Clean

Loose clothing to let your skin breathe is best, let your skin rest. Wait until after 24 hours before having a hot shower, use lukewarm water and do not use soap on waxed area.

Using FUR Oil

FUR oil is specially formulated to be used on skin post-waxing. This oil helps reduce redness, lessens chances of ingrown hair and keeps the area moisturised.

What To Expect:

Redness after waxing is inevitable. Some people may even have small bumps. 

If you have any rashes, bruising/swelling don't hesitate to contact us.

What NOT To Do:

Gym, Sauna or Swimming?

Wait 24 - 48 hours before going gymming, swimming or enjoying the sauna. This increases the risk of infections and ingrown hairs.

Leave The Area Alone

Don't go touching it without washing your hands first, avoid creams, perfumes, self and spray tanning, and any other products OTHER than what your therapist recommends before 24 - 48 hours after. 

Between Appointments

Best to let the hair grow between your waxing treatments - no shaving!

Having a waxing routine means all your hair grows at the same time, achieving that silky smooth finish every time.
