Cancellation Policy

When booking an appointment over the phone; via email; online; or in person, you are entering into a verbal contract that you will turn up at the correct time to have that particular service completed. By doing so, Zenith Beauty is reserving that particular requested time for your appointment.

This allows an opportunity for the appointment to be taken by another client. Please remember that this is our livelihood. We are a small company that cannot sustain the loss of hours of income/productivity.

Life gets complicated; that's why when possible we will do our utmost to fill last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

 

Cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our business, and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy.

 

Cancellation 12+ hours prior: No charge. Any deposits taken move to the new booked time, or are refunded.

 

Cancellation within 12 hours of apt: If this appointment cannot be filled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds of deposits will be given.

 

No-show: This will incur a fee of the full cost of your booked appointment/s. No refunds of deposits will be issued.

Note that non-payment will result in further appointments with Zenith Nails and Beauty not being accepted.

 

No Shows

If you are a “no show”, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the service you were booked in for. This has to be paid in full before your next appointment.

Payment

Zenith Beauty lists all prices of treatments and products visible online. The listed prices include GST. Zenith Beauty will communicate any and all price changes 30 days before the effective date. Offers are valid only in the specified period and/or while stocks last. The customer must immediately pay after the treatment. We accept cash, eftpos, credit cards or direct transfer with proof of payment prior to you leaving the salon. 

Liability

Zenith Beauty is not liable for damages of any kind caused by Zenith Beauty due to customer provided incorrect and/or incomplete information on relevant physical disorders, drug use, work or leisure. Zenith Beauty is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property that the customer has bought with them.

Children's manicure:

We cannot perform gel manicures or pedicures on children under the age of 16. 

The nail plate is still too thin and weak to cope with the treatment, and as the nail is more flexible the gel is likely to come off sooner. 

 

Warranty

Zenith Beauty gives the customer a 72 hours guarantee on the treatment and products. This warranty is void if the client has not followed aftercare advice displayed on our website. 

*If you have issues with your GEL polish, contact us within 4 days of your initial appointment, and we will gladly arrange time to fix them up no charge. 

 

* If you have trouble with your REGULAR polish, contact us within 48hrs of your initial appointment, and we will gladly arrange time to fix them up no charge. 

 

Complaints

If the client has a complaint about the treatment or product, it must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 working days after discovery in writing or by telephone to us.
